Mt. Gomadanzan
Gomadanzan is a 1372-metre peak that stands between Koyasan and Ryujin Onsen. It is a popular spot in autumn to see the changing colours.

- Ride the Nankai Rinkai Bus from JR Koyasan Station and get off at "Gomadanzan"
From the Wakayama-Kita Interchange on the Hanwa Expressway, take Prefectural Road 139, then National Route 24, 480, Koya Ryujin Skyline towards Ryujin for approximately 80 km.
