Hinokuma-jingu Shrine・Kunikakasu-jingu Shrine
The two shrines of Hinokuma-jingu and Kunikakasu-jingu were originally known collectively as Nichizengu and date back to before the 8th century. They even get a mention in the Nihon Shoki, one of Japan's oldest extant chronicles. The groves of ancient trees make for a pleasant stroll.
