- Engetsuto Island
- This small island can be found in Rinkaiura inlet. Its shape has given it the nickname “Engetsuto”—in Japanese, “engetsu” means a full, circular moon, and it is so-called because the round hole in the center of the island formed by sea erosion resembles a full moon. The island makes a charming view in the day, but is a must-see during sunset. You can enjoy the romantic spectacle created by the setting sun sinking in the western sky and Engetsuto Island from the viewing parking lot.

- Senjojiki, with an expanse of unique topography, was formed by many years of erosion by the ocean waves. The name “senjojiki (千畳敷)” comes from the idea that it is wide enough for 1,000 (千) of the tatami mats (畳) used in Japanese rooms to be laid out (敷). Here, you can admire the artistic landscape created by the natural world, with different patterns carved into each rock face. In the evening, the light of the setting sun dyes the rocks orange, creating a fantastical atmosphere. This stunning scenery charms the people who visit, and in recent years has gained popularity as a spot for wedding photos.
