Japanese soy sauce was born in Yuasa. To learn more about the condiment and see the brewing process, pay a visit to this venerable Yuasa brewery. Tours are free of charge and last roughly 20 minutes. The onsite shop sells a variety of soy sauce products including soy sauce flavoured ice cream for the adventurous.
