Visit Wakayama

Kadocho is a soy sauce brewery over 170 years old. It still makes soy sauce in the traditional way in its original buildings. At the brewery's museum you can learn about the brewing process through small displays and a collection of old tools and equipment. Guided tours are also available, but must be booked in advance.
