Koyasan Reihokan Museum

Koyasan Reihokan Museum is a treasure trove of Buddhist art, with some of the oldest works dating back nearly 1200 years. The statues, including one of Kobo Daishi, the founder of Koyasan, are particularly impressive. Many of them are designated as either National Treasures or Important Cultural Properties.
